Interview coordination and animated event graphics for a national engineering awards night, part of an RFP my proposal helped win.

The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – Canada (ACEC) holds its National Awards gala in Ottawa each fall. Capital Content was hired to produce two Beaubien Award tribute films, jury videos, stage motion graphics and the gala's run-of-show screens. The films meant interviewing 20 people across British Columbia and Quebec, in person and online, in English and French, on a tight summer schedule.

I was the project coordinator and the single point of contact for our CEO. I built the trackers for each film, ran the availability poll, and booked every interview across time zones, in person and virtual, including venues and French-language support. I kept ACEC, the award recipients' colleagues, the partner firm's liaison, the translator and our video crew in step from first contact to final shoot. I also designed the gala's bilingual screen graphics and the animated diamond motif behind them.

• Interview coordination: 20 interviews for two tribute films, booked across two provinces and two languages.
• Trackers and scheduling: a tracker for each film covering participants, availability, shoot schedule and status.
• Stakeholder liaison: one channel between ACEC, the interviewees, the partner firm, the translator and the video crew.
• Interviewee prep: interview guides with prep tips and questions, and a photo upload link for each participant.
• Gala screen graphics: a bilingual set of walk-in, award, sponsor, hashtag, call-for-entries and end-of-night screens.
• Motion design assets: an animated diamond pack built from the same motif, for the stage screens.
