BluSky Dental · 2024 – 2025
I led the rebrand, website, SEO and signage that brought five established dental offices under one brand. New patient inquiries rose 48%.

The brief
BluSky Dental runs five offices across Ottawa. These weren't new businesses: each office already had its own look, its own patients and its own way of speaking, and there was no single place online that showed the whole practice. The challenge was to unite them under one recognisable brand without losing the trust each office had built, and to give them a website that turned visitors into booked appointments.
My role
I led the brand strategy and owned the identity, the website design, all of the website copy and the SEO strategy. I designed the physical brand too: exterior signage, window graphics and wall graphics for the offices. I also oversaw the social media and promo video, which my social media manager and videographer produced.
What I did
- Identity: a tooth-and-bee mark with ocean-inspired details. The team wanted a bee, so I built their mascot, Sunny the Bee, into the whole brand system and the website.
- Brand system: colour palette, typography and brand guidelines, plus a logo and icon for each location.
- Website and copy: a hub site for all services and the full team, a landing page for each office and booking forms on every page. I wrote all the copy.
- Local SEO: a search strategy with a dedicated page for each location.
- Signage: exterior window designs for every office, each with its own nature-themed variation, plus wall graphics, interior signage and a pop-up banner.
- Social and video: a launch campaign and 144 posts and reels across three accounts in the first year, which I directed.
